The Department of Student Affairs and Registration at Al-Zahraa University (peace be upon her) for women announced the possibility of receiving all students applying for university studies for the academic year 2023/2024 to verify their data, which is considered the first step of the registration process in private universities and colleges, at the Registration and Admissions Division in the university building.
The department stated that the audit process shall be carried out in accordance with the instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the application process published on the electronic portal of the Department of Private University Education.
Below is the list of the prerequisites for the students in order to complete the verification process:
– Confirmation of grades or preparatory school document (original copy)
– بطاقة موحدة او هوية الاحوال المدنية للطالب والام والاب (نسخة اصلية)
– القنوات الخاصة (ابناء الاساتذة وحملة الشهادات العليا) (تأييد استمرارية في العمل + امر الجامعي للشهادة) و (تأييد من مؤسسة الشهداء نسخة اصلية) لذوي الشهداء.
